CT State Manchester is celebrating cultural diversity through food with a Community Cookbook Project. Students, faculty, staff and other community members are encouraged to share recipes and stories with connections to their heritage and culture. It can be a main course, dessert or appetizer. The project is supported by the CT State Manchester’s Diversity Committee, the Common Read Program and the Culinary Arts Program. Recipes are currently being accepted. To submit your favorite recipe, go to https://forms.office.com/r/WBdJEYjPCc. For more information contact Carla Adams at [email protected].
