Looking for a creative way to unwind between classes?
Sage Hojda, who teaches Therapeutic Recreation, is hosting a “Crafternoon Event” featuring Diamond Art Painting in the Manchester Campus Library’s MakerSpace on Wednesday, March 12, from 12:45 to 1:45 p.m. Students, faculty and staff are welcome to stop by and create their own masterpiece. All materials are provided and there’s no registration needed– just drop in and get crafty!
Diamond Art paintings are similar to paint by numbers, but instead of paint small, colorful gems are placed on an adhesive canvas to create a sparkling painting. The process is easy and relaxing, and requires no previous experience.
Whether you’re an experienced crafter, or just looking for something fun to do, this event offers a fun and relaxing way to get creative and bring home something pretty made with your own hands.
